Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha along with Chief Secretary reached New Delhi. Highly placed sources informed that L-G Manoj Sinha is likely to meet Home Minister Amit Shah to discuss important Security issues relating of Jammu and Kashmir.
